Addition to and renovation of a classic brick, stucco, and cedar shingle Tudor style house in the Historic District. Work includes a new garage and breezeway link, a new kitchen bay, the combination of two bedrooms into a master bedroom suite with bath and dressing room. The garage was carefully planned to preserve two mature trees.
