Designed and owned by Rutan, who was moonlighting out of H H Richardson's office — certainly with HHR’s encouragement — to garner investment income. Henry-Russell Hitchcock's dismissive opinion of Rutan was unjust. This really isn't at all bad for an urban semi-D.
